Moreover, the recently launched phases of DHA are far more improved in terms of infrastructure quality, civic amenities and facilities as compared to the older phases, so prices are comparatively higher there. In 2020, it is expected that property prices in Phase 6, 7, 8 and 9 will increase by 25% to 35% due to increase in demand of properties there. As, the management has also shifted its main office to DHA Phase 6, which will attract more investors for investment both in residential and commercial sector
