Apna Ghar is a renowned state-owned project, planned to provide low-cost housing units to underprivileged people across country. The project is in execution since it was planned back in 2013.

However, this is not the only housing project that is introduced by the government but quite recently, under Prime Minister' s Housing Programme, the government has introduced an apartment project at Sector I-16/3, a prime location of Islamabad.

The project was introduced hardly a week ago and in the meanwhile, more than 30 percent of the project is already booked. The project is backed by government and other official bodies, therefore, people can completely trust this development. And upon special instructions of Prime Minister, the project is reasonably priced, keeping in view the purchasing power of government servants and general public.

You can also be owner of your apartment at a reasonable price in the federal capital, Islamabad. In category "B", you can find 3 bedroom apartments comprising of 3 washrooms, lounge, store, balcony and servant quarter. These 3 bedroom apartments cover total area of 1496 square foot. In category E, there are 2 bedroom apartments with covered area of 912 square foot, comprising of 2 attached bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and balcony. Every apartment is said to be a corner apartment and every room is a corner room.

The development work has already been started and almost 70% infrastructure work is already completed. Prime Minister promises to provide all other facilities to the project as well such as transportation.

The project is currently in development phase and all the apartments are available on first come, first serve basis. After paying 15% of the total amount for booking, you can pay rest of the amount through easy instalments in two and a half year.
