From helipads to tennis courts and from ball rooms to exclusive gardens and swimming pools these are few facilities and amenities that only few super-rich can afford. The mystery ends here, as the following post will unveil few of these priciest properties.

The exquisite piece of real estate was built and designed by architect Maurice Fatio for his personal use. Now it belongs to Tom Hicks, the owner of Liverpool FC, Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers. The property was not originally in this shape and form so Hicks spent more than $100 million and still it took him more than 10 years to restore the mansion. The result is that now the mansion has secured its place in the list of most expensive properties.
