Chinese Investment Company to Build Gwadar' s First Luxury Golf Community

It is not wrong to say that CPEC has proved to positively impact the country' s economy as different Chinese companies have started a number of projects in Pakistan. For instance, a state-owned Chinese construction company named China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has recently commenced a luxury Golf community in Gwadar.

The Chinese company has also announced that it has entered into an agreement for the construction of Gwadar' s first luxury gated Golf Community with a Pakistani company. Empire Properties, the Pakistani registered company, and China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, the Chinese company have also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) as the prospective contractor for the construction of China Pak Golf Estates, Gwadar' s first luxury Golf Community.

The project costs $265 million development which is posed to be a milestone in the development of Gwadar as upon completion, the project will become the city' s most premier residential and lifestyle destination. CCECC was established back in June 1979 under China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, the second largest construction and engineering company in the world.

With more than 20 overseas offices or subsidiaries, it' s business activities have been spread over 40 countries. Commenting on the partnership Wang Lei, Managing Director CCECC (Pakistan) said: "It is a great honour to be working alongside a forward thinking international conglomerate like CPIC."
